Meditation for Everyone, every Friday in September, 6:30-7:30pm
(Please arrive a few minutes early, so we can start on time!)
End your work-week and start your weekend with good vibes and spiritual connection! We’re starting up our ever-popular group guided meditation classes again in September, and whether you’ve a joined in before or you are new to meditation, each session will be positive, helpful, informative and most of all, RELAXING! You can bring a pillow or blanket to sit on, or use one of the chairs we provide. Come as you are and just be ready to relax and soak up the good energy.
